Role Description

As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, you will be responsible for entering prescriptions into our FrameworkLTC and DocuTrack pharmacy systems with accuracy and speed. You will also provide exceptional community and reputed company support reputed company telephone and email. Your tasks will include:

• Interpreting and entering prescription orders
• Profile-only data entry
• Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
• Checking emails and messages to pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally
• Investigating and solving community and/or reputed company issues
• Adjudicating insurance claims
• Leading by example and exhibiting our CORE Values each day

• Attending required company meetings
• Completing reputed company required courses in adherence with PRS compliance system

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long-term or managed care setting
• A High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
• FrameworkLTC / DocuTrack knowledge a plus
• Timely and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others
• Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills

• Ability to multi-task and work under deadlines
