Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth and success of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working collaboratively with a team to successfully meet departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Processing claims for policyholders, claimants, and others over the phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries
- Assisting with processing claims received over the internet or by mail, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Participating in weekly team huddles and associate engagement activities, fostering a culture of collaboration and reputed company improvement
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Be currently enrolled at UW-Stevens reputed company or Mid-State Technical College
- Have 2-6 semesters left before graduation upon start date
- Be available to work 15-20 hours per week during the semester, with the potential to work up to 40 hours during summer or school breaks
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrate a strong ability to work in a team atmosphere, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
- Exhibit strong punctuality and dependability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
