Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Expert, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
