Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong desktop computer system skills, including proficiency in Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Logical problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute to ensure accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Organization and work prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
