Job Summary
We're looking for an reputed company Live Chat & Help Center Setup Specialist with expertise in Intercom to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for setting up and integrating Intercom, our live chat and customer support tool, with our website. You'll also be responsible for building out a comprehensive Help Center/FAQ section for our clients, as well as setting up automated chat replies to reduce repetitive support queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up Intercom (chat widget, support inbox, automation flows, etc.)
* Integrate Intercom with our website (reputed company/WordPress)
* Match our brand design and tone

Ideal Experience
