About The Role Are you a toxicologist or preclinical scientist who enjoys connecting great science with reputed company-world impact? This could be your reputed company. We're looking for a scientifically minded Business Development Manager or Director to join our U.S. team, covering the reputed company Coast, with a preference for candidates based in San Diego. • Advanced degree in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biology, or a reputed company scientific discipline (PhD preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry, including hands-on experience in preclinical safety assessment.

• Strong understanding of the CRO landscape and GLP-compliant safety studies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
