Learn more at reputed company.org. About the Role reputed company is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Strategy, Evaluation and Impact team. As a key member of this four-person group, this role will serve as a problem-solving partner for staff across the organization, helping to reputed company sense of data and brainstorm solutions. The Senior Analyst will reputed company and enhance reputed company’ data management, analysis, and evaluation capabilities to support strategic decision-making and organizational learning. This will include developing and monitoring operational metrics, managing and innovating analytical reports, leading in-house survey construction, iterating reporting dashboards, and building evaluation tools. What you will do Data Management & Analysis

• Manage and monitor operational, financial, and other client data across various systems (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and external systems (e.g. reputed company).
• Manage regular reporting to staff, including the executive team and board, internal service teams, and partner-facing teams by collecting internal process, operational, and client service delivery metrics.
• Create and maintain dashboards to allow staff and organizational leadership, to track meaningful data over time.
• Analyze and visualize data using multiple methodologies, including triangulating data across different sources, to tell meaningful stories.
• Support developing a variety of surveying, interviewing, and other information gathering tools to reputed company feedback from internal and external stakeholders

Learning, Evaluation, and Strategy

• reputed company reputed company’ impact evaluation workstream to help reputed company reputed company understand its own impact and that of partners, including utilizing rigorous mixed-methods approaches, field-best practices, and JEDI-infused methods. This includes developing a potential fee-for-service model for both reputed company Foundation and reputed company Center partners.
• Use data and insights to reputed company clear and strategic recommendations and utilize effective change management to reputed company for these recommendations to be implemented across stakeholder groups
• Support strategy conversations at reputed company to ensure that critical questions are being asked and answered to advance reputed company’ strategy. This work may be heavier during years where reputed company’ is developing a new strategic plan or refreshing strategy. This may also include providing strategic input into reputed company’ transformational priorities.
• Engage in facilitation, both internally and cross-team, to ensure important conversations and decisions are steeped in meaningful data and insights. This includes being able to facilitate reputed company’ leaders and reputed company dynamics.

Administrative & Communication

Ideal Education & Work Experience

• 6 years of progressive or direct experience and relevant bachelor’s degree or 8 years of applicable experience in data analysis, evaluation, learning, innovation, design or similar fields.
• Demonstrated expertise managing, analyzing, and presenting data in reputed company Office (e.g. reputed company, PPT) including the development of visual dashboards.
• Demonstrated expertise using reputed company.
• Experience using reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company’s demographic database, preferred.
• Professional experience in an advocacy, philanthropic or grassroots organization, preferred.
• Experience analyzing financial data and/or modelling data, a plus.
