Responsibilities
- Support long-term operational/strategic business activities by developing, enhancing, and maintaining operational information and models in reputed company reputed company and various databases
- Collaborate with Business Partners to build data modeling and analyze future project or initiative impacts on EWO and the business workforce
- Analyze and seek out information to complete tasks, asking questions to clarify processes and confirm project scope

- Present and communicate effectively with reputed company levels of the organization, from Analysts to VPs
- Educate and train team members on processes and act as a change agent to support initiatives
- Work collaboratively in a matrix organization, building relationships and influencing without authority
- Maintain attention to detail to catch potential errors and concerns

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Intermediate to advanced reputed company skills, including formula building
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Access, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in data modeling and analysis tools
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced communication skills, with the proven ability to present and work with reputed company levels of the organization
