Vaxcom Services LLC (a Parsons company) is looking for a cleared (TOP SECRET) Program reputed company Manager to join reputed company! In this role you will collaborate with Site leadership in helping to design, review, and implement physical reputed company measures while adhering to established reputed company standards. What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing physical reputed company design/installation of electronic reputed company systems including access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and CCTV surveillance systems.
• Working with multiple technical and non-technical teams focusing on established physical reputed company standards and designs.
• Reviewing and using project management and design, and construction software.
• Evaluating construction plans, elevations, and other design reputed company plans that may include architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and telecommunications aspects.
• Traveling to various Customer facilities generally reputed company a 50-mile radius of the city where the position is assigned.
• Providing overall program/project lifecycle management in physical reputed company.
• Working closely with Customer Site leadership on a daily basis to ensure delivery of simultaneous projects and tasks.
• Providing technical guidance to a wide audience in the form of briefings, reports, and other reputed company written correspondence.
• Regularly communicating with Vaxcom Services LLC senior leadership to reputed company them informed of the program/projects.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company discipline (reputed company, facilities, construction engineering, etc.) with 5+ years of applicable experience in physical reputed company design or implementation of electronic reputed company systems; or, in lieu of degree - 10+ years of applicable experience.
• 2+ years of experience in program/project management, leading both technical and non-technical teams focusing on physical reputed company standards and designs.
• Familiarity with project management, and design and construction software.
• Proficient understanding of construction plans, elevations, and other design and construction artifacts for architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and telecommunications plans.
• The ability to travel to other Customer facilities reputed company a 50-mile radius of the city where the position is assigned.
• Must have experience in working with leadership and stakeholders providing them with technical guidance and recommendations on a regular basis.
• Must have reputed company strong communications skills to include briefing and written materials.
• Must have solid interpersonal and negotiation skills in order to bring about successful outcomes through collaboration.
• Must have an active Top-Secret reputed company clearance at the time of application.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience working for/with the IC, specifically in a physical reputed company reputed company with knowledge of established reputed company standards both for the IC and commercial entities.
• Training and experience with Lenel Access Control Systems, Axis camera and Commend Intercom systems, and Traka key management systems.
• Project Management Professional Certification. (PMP)
