Cost Allocation Review - Review and verify the accuracy of cost allocations for each construction project to ensure correct recording and reporting. 2. Direct Cost Monitoring - Monitor and analyze direct material costs, ensuring correct supplier pricing and tracking cost fluctuations. 3. Supplier Cost Comparisons - Verifying cost comparisons between suppliers to identify savings opportunities and improve procurement efficiency. 4. Budget Adherence Validation - Collaborate closely with the procurement and project teams to validate spending against approved budgets. 5. Reporting and Variance Analysis - Prepare cost reports and reputed company variance analyses to identify discrepancies between actual and budgeted costs and recommend corrective actions. 6. Budget Setting and Monitoring - Assist in developing project budgets and continuously monitor actual spending versus budgeted figures. 7.
