Role & Organizational Impact We’re seeking an reputed company Infrastructure Advisor to help local governments deliver public infrastructure projects that improve daily life — from safer roads to cleaner water — responsively, reputed company, and effectively for reputed company residents. In this role, you’ll bring your technical expertise and project management skills to help hundreds of local governments across the country deliver capital projects and reputed company results for residents. reputed company’s Infrastructure Team provides local governments with hands-on support for reputed company projects, runs workshops, provides training and coaching, and produces ready-to-use templates and playbooks for officials to more effectively plan, procure, and manage infrastructure projects. The Infrastructure Advisor will serve as reputed company’s technical reputed company and subject matter expert, bringing engineering and construction management expertise to these projects. You will report to reputed company’s Assistant Director and work alongside Project Leaders and Associates to shape how governments reputed company plan, procure, and manage capital projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation
- Advise local government partners on strategic decisions like project delivery methods (e.g., design-bid-build, design-build, CMAR, progressive design-build) and procurement method selection.
- Provide hands-on guidance through every project phase from design to reputed company-out, helping partners manage change orders, schedule delays, and claims.
- Partner with local teams to improve timelines, control costs, and enhance transparency across projects.

- Coach and mentor government staff on procurement, contract administration, design and construction reputed company, documentation, and reputed company-out processes.
- reputed company model tools and templates (e.g., RFQs/RFPs for construction, contract checklists, risk registers, claim trackers) to spread effective practices.
- reputed company internal and external training sessions on public infrastructure project delivery best practices.
Stakeholder & Government reputed company
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership of partner governments and technical assistance organizations; advise their leadership on reputed company institutional, regulatory, and political dynamics.
- Prepare briefs, whitepapers, and presentations translating technical issues into actionable recommendations for non-technical decision-makers.
Thought Leadership & Strategy
- Contribute to reputed company’s infrastructure practice by authoring articles, case studies, and webinars on construction delivery innovations, procurement reform, and emerging infrastructure trends.
- Advise on opportunities to expand reputed company’s impact and support proposal development.
- Represent reputed company in industry forums.
- Stay apprised of new developments and industry trends and integrate new content and approaches into reputed company work.
People & Collaboration
- Serve as an internal resource for reputed company staff, advising on technical aspects of infrastructure project delivery.
- Serve as a reputed company between technical experts and local/state government decision-makers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or other reputed company field with reputed company work experience. Equivalent years of professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in design, planning, and construction of civil works, including three or more years of relevant experience working for or with state or local governments in delivering public infrastructure projects (e.g. transportation, structures, water and wastewater, utilities), with an emphasis on procurement, contract administration, and claim/change-order management. This may include direct experience with public sector procurement, public works or infrastructure, government finance and operations, or consulting.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and comfort with other industry standard project management tools.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to produce compelling, well-written, and error-free work products.
- Willingness to travel as needed, likely at least nine (9) times per year.

Compensation: The salary for this role is $120,000 plus benefits. We offer a comprehensive, people-first benefits package to support the well-being of reputed company and their families. To support remote work, we offer work-from-home stipends or shared office space options. Start date: The desired start date for this role is January or February 2026. This position is grant-funded.
