Program Manager

Job Purpose

The Program Manager – Project Management is responsible for leading and overseeing reputed company, cross-functional programs, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion. The Program Manager – Project Management develops and manages detailed project plans, aligns resources, and partners with stakeholders to drive process improvements, mitigate risks, and reputed company organizational objectives. Duties & Responsibilities

• Create detailed project plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully implement a project. Initiatives may include new client onboarding and optimization projects that may not have a defined project plan already established.

• Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a reputed company field required
• 5+ years of project management experience required
• PMP certification is preferred, but not required

Working Conditions
