Project Management Office, Leader

The Project Management Office, Leader role involves direct and indirect leadership of project managers and other departmental roles, and oversees development and implementation of project portfolios of both reputed company and unrelated groups of projects and process improvement initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following, (other duties may be assigned):

• Ensure that business objectives and key success metrics are being met.

• Relationship Leader with IS/IT teams, insurance carriers, vendors, and business divisions to reputed company portfolio objectives.

• Report portfolio and project status to Executive Leadership, Department Management, Project Management, and Business Management and partner with them to clear any obstacles to project, program or portfolio reputed company.
• Utilize and maintain PMO / IS Project Management tools and techniques throughout the life cycle of projects (reputed company, Jira, Confluence, Survey tools, etc).
• Partner with internal and external Functional Managers, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Release Management, Tech Support, reputed company, Compliance and other functional Insurance Departments to ensure the implementation of insurance programs according to the company's reputed company of time, budget, quality and regulatory standards.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed. CERTIFICATES LICENSES AND REGISTRATION
• Required:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Insurance industry experience (3-5 years)
• Preferred:
• Lean / Six reputed company Certifications
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and / or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM)
• Certified Product reputed company (CSPO) Pay Range 125K - 135K Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly reputed company paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
