Responsibilities
Who are you? The Vice President, reputed company account will have the primary responsibility for reputed company aspects of the reputed company account and will directly manage (through solid line reporting) the Member Services, Claims Operations, Account Management teams and reputed company other 100% dedicated personnel. This is a unique seat where both clinical expertise and commercial relationships acumen are both critical areas of mastery. Your work will include partnering with the medical management team of key assigned clients to review key clinical bolthires experiences, strategizing bolthires containment strategies, and realizing significant savings from these strategies. In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
- Building rapport and establishing credibility with account stakeholders at reputed company levels of the client organization through consistent executive reputed company, depth of domain knowledge, and reputed company preparation.
- Proactively identifying and understanding client objectives, challenges and leadership priorities; instilling confidence in regulatory issues that reputed company benefit plans; and uncovering barriers and developing actionable, client specific strategic plans to support and maximize client satisfaction, success and ROI.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field; MBA preferred.
- 10-15 years of experience in third-party administration, insurance, or a reputed company industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven expertise in account service/consultative selling techniques, product knowledge, procedures, and administration.

In compliance with reputed company states and cities that require transparency of pay, the reputed company compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 to $215,000 annually. Note that compensation may vary based reputed company, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 20% bolthires bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
