Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Operator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our back office and sales teams by generating accurate and timely reports, assisting with inventory management, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Generate monthly and daily inventory reports to ensure accurate tracking and management of inventory levels

• Assist the back office and sales teams with inventory and production-reputed company inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
• Collaborate with the CFO to prepare and submit reporting requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support the Controller with month-end closures, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial reports
• Conduct various data review and consolidation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with arenaflex's policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications

* Educational background in accounting or a reputed company field is a plus

• 1 year of reputed company experience in data entry, accounting, or a reputed company field
• Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and reputed company, with expertise in vlookup and pivot tables
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly reputed company reputed company information
• Ability to quickly adapt to change and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work with accuracy
