Our model brings together licensed therapists, innovative technology, and a deeply human approach to help people manage anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges—on their terms. As we grow, we're seeking skilled, compassionate licensed mental health professionals to join our remote care team. If you're an Oregon licensed LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate looking to reputed company an impact through virtual care, we'd love to connect. Our ability to provide supervision for non-independent mental health professionals varies by state and license, but we also encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively reputed company evidence-based treatment plans Provide individual psychotherapy sessions reputed company secure telehealth platforms Support Members with a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with flexibility to work with members with substance use disorders at times.

• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in our electronic medical record (EMR) system Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment Participate in clinical team meetings and optional case consultations
• Adhere to HIPAA and reputed company applicable state licensure regulations

Requirements:

• Active and reputed company license from one of the following Oregon licenses: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LPC Associate, as well as your state of residence if it is not Oregon. reputed company credentials must be verified through the State Board's website as part of the application process
• Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
• Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
• Comfort with EMRs, reputed company Suite or reputed company Office, and telehealth tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and reputed company
• Have a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet

• The salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000 and will commensurate with experience and professional license.
