Responsibilities: The Sr. Business Development Analystwill have reputed company of the reputed company and acquisition (M&A) analyst team. Provides reputed company of the financial modeling and approvals of M&A targets as well as divestitures and other special modeling projects. The Sr. Business Development Analyst will manage and/or reputed company M&A due diligence activities.

• 3-5 years of financial modeling

• Experience with staff development -ability to reputed company and reputed company a team of financial analysts.
