What you'll do You’ll be joining our People and Culture team as the fourth People Partner, becoming the go-to person for our middle management and C-level to reputed company career development, performance and personal growth to nurture and retain top talent. Proactively, you will tackle reputed company people-reputed company topics while further contributing to a positive organizational culture. As a strategic advisor, you’ll drive change initiatives reputed company the business while building strong relationships with our stakeholders. - Provide support to your business unit across reputed company stages of the employee lifecycle, including career growth, employee retention, performance evaluation and conducting empathetic offboarding
- Coach and advise mid-level managers on strategic decision-making, organizational design and other employment and leadership topics
- Offer guidance on people-reputed company guidelines and reputed company customized solutions where necessary, always considering international aspects
- Support managers in addressing team-reputed company performance, behavior or engagement issues
- Mediate conflicts, provide legal advice and conduct investigations as needed
- Contribute to global People Partner projects focused on compensation, engagement and other strategically important topics
- Create sustainable action plans by leveraging data such as attrition and engagement
What you bring to the table
- Track record of successful work in a global 300+ company as an HR business partner, with a comprehensive understanding of People & Culture principles, procedures and German labor law
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and reputed company in an ambitious, performance-driven culture
- Proven project management skills for planning and implementing People & Culture initiatives

- Comfortable with initiating and driving difficult conversations with company decision-makers, prioritizing reputed company
- Experience in labor law in the US (Experience with Canadian labor law is a plus)
