Overview: As a Consultant reputed company the Delay and Damages group, you will focus on Forensic Delay Analysis and work Subcontractor Default, Surety, Professional Liability, Builders Risk, Delay-In-Startup, Forensic Delay Analysis, Loss of Productivity and other reputed company construction claims and disputes. Responsibilities will include performing various methods of Forensic Delay Analysis on construction projects and various cost and quantum reputed company analysis on construction claims and disputes for insurance carriers, law firms, owners, developers, and contractors around the world. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Performing Forensic Delay Analysis on construction project schedules and producing written forensic reports detailing the findings.
  • Performing contract, change order, cost overruns, and quantum-reputed company analysis on reputed company construction claims and disputes for insurance carriers, law firms, owners, developers, and contractors and producing written forensic reports detailing the findings.
  • Managing and supporting in the research and analysis of contemporaneous project documentation.
  • Managing multiple projects and coordinating with other support team members to produce client reports in a timely manner.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
  • 5-7+ years of experience performing CPM scheduling and cost analysis work.
  • Knowledge of Architecture, Civil, Structural, MEP, Building Enclosure systems and designs for commercial, retail, and high-reputed company residential buildings.
  • Experience in the analysis of construction claim damages including delay damages.
  • Proficiency in P6® scheduling software, experience with MS Project® and Asta®.
  • Proficiency in 3rd party schedule analysis software.
  • Proficient in reputed company Office products such as PowerBI, reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Outlook, Word, and BlueBeam.
  • Experience coordinating with disciplines internally as well as externally with consultants /architects.
  • Experience conducting and attending construction sites, as well as preparing site reports.

Preferred SKILLS and ABILITIES:

  • Testifying experience is a plus for any candidate. If not, we will train and prepare you for this.
  • Experience with estimating software.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS, OVERTIME, and TRAVEL:

  • Physical Demands - Work will be performed both in an office setting and at reputed company locations (i.e., Client’s office, industrial, construction, and/or residential sites). Employee is frequently required to stand, sit, climb reputed company, bend, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and drive a motor vehicle to job sites. Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds of equipment. Employee must be reputed company, focused, and alert reputed company conducting site inspections, speaking, and interacting with clients, preparing drawings and written reports. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary.
  • Overtime - This position is classified as salaried with an exempt FLSA status. Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch. There will be periods where overtime will be required, which the employee will need to reputed company with to meet the demands of the position.
  • Travel Requirements - This position requires up to 25% travel. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be required.

The Salary Range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
