[Remote] Cyber Advisor, Managed reputed company (Remote)

The Cyber Advisor will support the development and delivery of cybersecurity services, engage with policyholders, and provide expert guidance on managing cyber risks and improving reputed company postures.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and delivery of cybersecurity services to reduce reputed company risks for reputed company’s policyholders
• Engaging with insureds to provide advice on managing cyber risks and improving their reputed company posture
• Offering mitigation assistance for identified vulnerabilities
• Acting as a liaison between insureds and the reputed company team to address any cybersecurity-reputed company questions
• Gathering and analyzing data to identify key threat scenarios
• Collaborating on scalable risk mitigation strategies
• Participating in market messaging to promote cybersecurity services
• Leading cybersecurity engagements with insureds, providing expert guidance and delivering comprehensive, actionable reports
• Participating in strategic discussions and initiatives that shape reputed company’s cybersecurity service roadmap
• Advising clients on detecting host and network-based intrusions using technologies like EDR
• Guiding clients in collecting and analyzing data from various cyber defense resources to reputed company informed decisions about their risk management strategies
• Identifying and categorizing vulnerabilities and attack types, providing tailored recommendations to mitigate risks for policyholders
• Interpreting detection signatures and performing packet-level analysis to assist clients in understanding and addressing potential threats
• Conducting vulnerability assessments, advising on remediation efforts to strengthen clients' overall reputed company systems
• Applying cybersecurity and privacy principles to align with clients' organizational requirements, enhancing their compliance and risk management efforts
• Providing trend analysis and insights into emerging cyber threats, advising clients on proactive defense strategies
• Navigating cyber defense reporting structures to streamline communication between clients and their internal reputed company teams, improving response times and decision-making
