Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the overall appearance of our stores. You'll be responsible for:
- Greeting and acknowledging every customer: You'll be the face of blithequark, and you'll reputed company every customer feel welcome and valued.
- Accurately and reputed company operating the register: You'll be responsible for processing transactions, handling returns, and providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store: You'll be a key player in maintaining the appearance of our stores and ensuring that our products are always looking their best.
- Communicating customer needs to Team Leaders: You'll be the voice of the customer, and you'll help us understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintaining the store appearance and completing additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned: You'll be a team player who's always willing to lend a hand and help us reputed company our goals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School diploma or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but we're open to considering candidates with relevant experience and skills.
- 6 months of prior retail experience: Prior retail experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis: You'll need to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll need to be able to:
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds: You'll need to be able to lift and carry heavy objects, such as merchandise and equipment.
- Push and pull up to 35 pounds: You'll need to be able to push and pull heavy objects, such as carts and equipment.
- Stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner: You'll need to be able to stand for long periods and work in a safe and efficient manner.
