Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from providers and other staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Scheduling appointments and managing schedules with ease
• Maintaining accurate records and taking detailed notes based on discussions with providers
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding customer expectations
• Working efficiently in Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage tasks and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
