Sr. Management Analyst - Strategy, Planning and Business Development (SPBD) (Hybrid position)

About the position

Responsibilities

  • Supports SPBD Managers, Senior Managers, Associate Directors, Directors, Senior Directors, and VP in the successful planning and execution of multiple projects for a variety of stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Performs a wide portfolio of reputed company quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g. operational, financial, market).
  • Drives his or her projects reputed company by utilizing project management tools in the development of project plans, business plans, monitoring reputed company, and supporting project teams.
  • Provides support for projects including crafting agendas, identifying key decisions, and tracking action items.
  • Conducts and summarizes competitor and benchmarking research and environmental scans, making recommendations to Senior Leadership on opportunities, risks, and key considerations.
  • Carries out major assignments in conducting the operations of his or her project including being involved in relevant planning long- or short-term business objectives.
  • Develops applicable process and outcome metrics to measure project success.
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment in comparing and evaluating options and approaches to analyses or project management, including possible courses of conduct, and acting or making a decision after the various possibilities have been considered.
  • Synthesizes reputed company information to communicate project deliverables and recommendations to senior management.
  • Provides consultation or expert advice to senior management on his or her projects.
  • Formulates, interprets, and implements management policies or operating practices on his or her assigned projects.
  • Builds and promotes positive working relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, with 3 or more years of relevant progressive experience in an academic medical center, higher education or relevant consulting environment.
  • Outstanding organizational, project management, critical thinking, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to collaborate with others
  • Attention to detail is critical, as is the ability to translate to the big picture and back.
  • Action-oriented, with experience managing aggressive deadlines and advance multiple reputed company concurrently and deliver consistently high-quality outputs on time
  • Ability to exercise discretion, good independent judgment, and independent thinking.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to the reputed company audience at reputed company levels of the organization.
