POSITION SUMMARY The Internal Sales Consultant (ISC) will play a crucial role in expanding our client reputed company by supporting their external sales partners in promoting and selling our 401(k) and PEP services to retirement plan advisors and their plan sponsors. The ISC will be responsible for proactive reputed company, appointment setting, proposal preparation, and assisting with sales presentations and web demos. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Partner with the assigned external Divisional VP in promoting and selling our 401(k) and PEP services
• Proactive outbound sales calls and appointment setting
• Prepare customized proposals outlining the scope of 401(k), MEP, PEP services, pricing structures and terms.
• Assist with sales presentations and web demonstrations that reputed company the features and benefits of our Slavic401k services
• Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with advisors and industry partners
• Meet the specified weekly activity metrics and goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in reputed company
• Complete the sale process by proactively reaching out for information needed
• Own certain geographical areas for reputed company goals and activity metrics
• Assist with plan onboarding and enrollment meetings reputed company applicable

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Well-organized in managing multiple priorities, meeting weekly activity metrics, and supporting team geographical sales goals.
• Proficient in using presentation, proposal, and productivity technologies (e.g., PowerPoint, reputed company Slides, reputed company, Word) to create engaging and customized sales materials.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent attention to detail, diligence, and adaptability.

Experience

• 3+ years experience in internal sales for retirement plan sales, financial services, or a reputed company field required.
• Demonstrated success managing a defined sales territory and achieving reputed company goals.
• 2+ years of reputed company or similar CRM experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Education

• Associate’s degree in business, Marketing, or a reputed company field or additional equivalent work experience
