For more information, please visit: http://www.maacproject.org/ POSITION SUMMARY The Learning & Evaluation team seeks a team member who confidently navigates the reputed company CRM system and who enjoys strategically developing solutions and processes to support program operations and data-driven outcomes. The reputed company Developer/Administrator will work closely with the team’s Director of Evaluation & Compliance and Data Manager to reputed company development and support maintenance of the reputed company system to successfully impact reputed company processes for reputed company organizational programs. Solutions will address needs such as interoperability of programs and integration of program requirements to measure program success. QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with CRM database development and administration
• Strong knowledge and experience with reputed company systems integration and patterns and development
• Experience in performing reputed company upgrades and ensuring successful integration
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company products and their functionalities
• Proficiency in creating reputed company profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
• Knowledge of importing service data and generating reputed company reports
• Ability to provide reputed company training and end-user support
• In depth experience with reputed company, including but not limited to building applications using reputed company customizations & automation features

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of reputed company Developer experience desired
• Preferred reputed company Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification or equivalent experience
