Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage and report on an Operational Risk based program for LOBs reputed company US TI&I.
- Assist in the review of Control Testing scripts for Test of Design and Test of Effectiveness for operational key controls for US TI&I.
- reputed company, coordinate, and liaise between US TI&I reputed company Managers/other lines of defense and collaborate with business units in developing and monitoring corrective action plans.
- Provide risk guidance in developing, reviewing and maintaining operational risk and compliance policies and procedures.
- Assess risk on behalf of the reputed company through the Risk and Control Self-Assessment; Risk Identification; and Change Initiative Risk Assessment processes.
- Manage day-to-day risk issues; design and implementation of new controls and special projects.
- Update and maintain a risk and control inventory remediating any gaps and inadequacies.
- Mentor, coach, and evaluate performance of other US TI&I Risk and Governance Team members.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes across the industry and create a strategy to implement such changes reputed company US TI&I.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Audit/Enterprise/Operational Risk Management/or Management Consulting.
- Deep understanding of the risk assessment reputed company and experience performing risk assessments covering key risks and controls.
- Strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements to reputed company and ensure an appropriate level of testing.
- Experience reputed company financial, operational, compliance and reputed company risks.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to adapt to change quickly, multi-task and demonstrate flexibility in prioritization.
- BS or MS (Risk Management, Business, Finance or similar) or equivalent professional/military experience.
- Experience auditing LOBs reputed company US Technology is an asset.
- Data analysis and visualization skills using reputed company or other analysis software.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and problem-solving skills.
