  • *The Role** As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist, your primary focus will be helping customers navigate and succeed with blithequark's software. You'll become a product expert and guide customers in setting up their accommodation websites and growing their vacation rental businesses. Your day-to-day will involve promptly responding to support requests, troubleshooting issues, and offering advice to help customers get the most out of blithequark.
  • *Key Responsibilities:** • Provide top-tier support via phone, email, or chat to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and solve general technical issues related to the blithequark platform, identifying and documenting software bugs or issues for continuous improvement.
  • Report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams and follow up as needed to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support experiences.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of blithequark's software and features to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • *What Makes You a Great Fit?** • Experience in technical customer support or a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Patience, attention to detail, and a logical approach to problem-solving, with excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Experience with CRM and customer support tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required.
