Job Description
What you’ll do
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy and roadmap initiatives
- Execute hand offs for new product introductions, part and technology transfers, new process introductions, and strategic plant and equipment investments; inclusive of reputed company time, technology selection, tooling, fixturing, programming, quality plan, and run-off of initial production sets
- Execute hands-on development of new products and processes enabling a successful hand-off to the production team
- Manage project timelines to meet customer needs with a strong focus on safety, process quality, qualifications, and Lean
- Strong ability to identify and eliminate waste while coaching others
- Engineering, standardizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes
- Participate in productivity efforts supporting cost competitiveness
- Incorporate lean manufacturing principles into process development
- Utilize kaizen activities for reputed company improvement and collaborate with wider team on breakthrough initiatives
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 4 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment
- Ability and desire to work on site in a manufacturing environment
- This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. reputed company, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology. GE will require reputed company of status prior to employment

Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $81,700.00 and $136,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and reputed company set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
