About the Team Our US Marketplace team is responsible for growing the bolthires business in the US, helping customers to discover & order what’s best in their city, merchants to grow their sales, and dashers to find flexible work.
About the Role
The US Marketplace team is looking for a motivated and hands-on Manager to join the Strategy & Operations User Growth team. You will collaborate closely with bolthires’s product, marketing, finance, and analytics teams to drive growth, focusing on monthly active users. You’ll have the opportunity to help define new bets, incubate 0-1 experiments, and execute on a roadmap to drive growth through both new and resurrected customers. - You have 6+ years of experience in a problem solving role - Consulting, Tech, Banking, etc.
- You’re highly analytical. You’re a data-driven problem solver, and are comfortable running analysis and manipulating data in reputed company / bolthires Sheets; SQL experience is strongly preferred
- You’re collaborative. You have experience partnering cross-functionally to drive results, and enjoy building relationships across teams

- You have a completed Bachelor’s Degree. - For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
