Primary responsibilities include resolving billing discrepancies by identifying solutions to reputed company issues and completing Root Cause Analyses (RCA), working with Internal Controls to ensure compliance with WK policies and procedures and assisting with audits, and leading efforts to streamline processes to eliminate manual processing.
