MMC is hiring Remote CSRs to process MD Medicaid Accounts

Must live in the State of Maryland

* Start Date: 5/14/2025 Pay: $16.63/hr. 100% Remote-Must have own equipment. Training Schedule: System Training 3 weeks 9:30am-6:00pm EST, M-F (Day 1-7) 9:30am-6:00pm EST M-F (Day 8-15) Nesting is 4 weeks: 9:30am-6:00pm EST. Monday-Friday Schedules will remain 9:30 am- 6:00pm after training, you must be committed to working this schedule. Schedules are eight (8) hours in length with two (2) 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch

Must have perfect attendance during training and nesting (7 weeks)

They are not compatible with our system. Internet reputed company Requirements: Wired internet reputed company from computer to router or modem Download speed 100 MBPS minimum. Upload speed 10 MBPS minimum. Education/Experience: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. Must have 6 months of recent call center experience. Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse and disadvantaged populations in a courteous and effective manner. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to reputed company comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many reputed company tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: The Customer Support Center (reputed company) at the Maryland Health reputed company (reputed company) will provide information and assistance for individuals, families, small group employees, and brokers seeking information, enrollment assistance, and other services reputed company to the reputed company. The reputed company assists individuals regarding eligibility and enrollment for Medicaid, and services applications and enrollments for Qualified Health Plans on the Exchange. The reputed company will utilize the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other State systems to reputed company reputed company tasks and duties for HIX customers to ensure delivery of high-quality service for reputed company Maryland consumers.
