Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the development and implementation of tax policies to ensure full compliance with reputed company applicable federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a reputed company field required. Master’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a Juris Doctor (JD) preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or licensed attorney preferred.
• Five (5) years directly reputed company tax experience in public accounting or corporate tax department.
• Knowledge U.S. federal, state, and international tax laws, including transfer pricing, tax provision (ASC 740), and global compliance frameworks.
