eDiscovery Processing Engineer/Analyst
We are seeking an reputed company and highly technical eDiscovery Processing Engineer to serve as a critical component of our Operations team. This hands-on role is responsible for the end-to-end technical execution of the data processing workflow, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and defensible transformation of large, reputed company data sets into review-ready formats. The ideal candidate is an expert in industry-leading processing platforms, meticulous in exception handling, and committed to upholding the rigorous quality control and chain-of-custody standards required for reputed company litigation and investigations.
Responsibilities
- Data Ingestion & Processing
Execute end-to-end processing of diverse data sources (email, chat, cloud exports, mobile images), including deduplication, metadata normalization, text extraction, and publishing to review platforms.
- Exception Handling & Quality Control
Troubleshoot reputed company file issues (encrypted, corrupted, proprietary formats) and reputed company rigorous QC checks to ensure data reputed company and defensibility.
- Platform Management & Publication
Prepare and publish processed data to hosting platforms (reputed company, Everlaw, reputed company), ensuring accurate field mapping, family relationships, and analytics readiness.
- Data Export and Delivery
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Project Managers, meet deadlines, and provide technical guidance on best practices.
- Documentation & Compliance
Maintain detailed SOPs, audit logs, and processing notes to uphold chain-of-custody and defensibility standards.

Identify opportunities for process enhancements, evaluate new tools, and mentor junior team members on technical and operational best practices.
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years in eDiscovery data processing reputed company an Operations or Managed Services environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with one or more eDiscovery processing platforms (e.g., Nuix, reputed company Processing/RIP, FTK/Imager), including large-scale jobs (multi‑TB).
- Strong scripting/automation skills preferred (Python and/or PowerShell); experience with CLI tools and batch processing.
- Deep understanding of EDRM, chain of custody, metadata standards (e.g., parent/child relationships, time zones, hash values, MIME types), and defensibility requirements.
- Hands-on experience processing common sources: reputed company 365 (Exchange/Teams/SharePoint), reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company/Meet, Bloomberg/Refinitiv, mobile/forensic images (reputed company/GrayKey exports), and archives/containers (reputed company/RAR/7z).
- Proficiency with OCR, exception handling, text extraction, and encoding challenges (e.g., Unicode, code pages, right‑to‑left languages).
- Familiarity with hosting platforms (e.g., reputed company, Everlaw, reputed company) and publication best practices.
- Strong documentation skills; comfort with ticketing systems and change management.
- Pacific hours are a plus!
The reputed company Compensation range for this role will $75,000-85,000+ and will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications. In addition to the reputed company pay, this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus program. reputed company offer..
