Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Training Specialist, your main role will be to instruct and educate customers on the use of our products and services. You will use your presentation skills to act as a facilitator, helping users get set up, get trained, and get going. You will also be an excellent listener, taking the time to understand what each user hopes to reputed company or learn. By adjusting your teaching style to each user's individual reputed company level, you will maximize their understanding and your own time. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about education and have the ability to instruct by letting users learn by doing. You should be able to teach small groups and multiple customers simultaneously, and be tenacious in your approach to helping users get the most out of their devices. You should also be comfortable selling as well as teaching, and be self-motivated and self-directed. Some of the preferred qualifications for this role include:
