Vice President - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - Healthcare News - Indianapolis, IN - work from home job Company: Healthcare News Job description: The Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will drive the agenda for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) as well as strengthen reputed company's Employee Value Proposition across the system. This leader will ensure that DE&I practices are embedded as imperatives in the strategic plan and human resource practices. The Vice President will partner with senior leaders, management teams, and other colleagues to foster an engaging, inclusive, and supportive environment for reputed company team members. This leader will act as a key advisor to senior leadership and serve as the principal architect of DE&I strategies, structures, and organizational commitments across the reputed company system. This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President - Chief Human Resources Officer and will provide strategic leadership to heighten the demonstrated value of DE&I at Indiana reputed company. As reputed company commits to further fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of DE&I, we have set ambitious strategic DE&I goals over the next five years to ensure commitment and accountability. Education, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 10+ years of relevant and reputed company experience is required.
  • Experience leading large scale diversity, equity, inclusion and people development initiatives.
  • Experience establishing a network of DE&I reputed company industry and community partnerships.
  • Exceptional project and process management experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to reputed company data to craft a meaningful, business-relevant inclusion narrative.
  • Experience coaching and partnering with top-level executives on DE&I issues.
  • Advanced understanding of cultural differences to be successful in a global organization. Personal Characteristics and Capabilities
