An overview of this role

As a Developer Relations Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading the successful implementation of our Education program. This role focuses on supporting educators, reputed company, and academic institutions by helping them experience reputed company’s vision of a world where everyone can contribute. You will serve as the primary reputed company for the education community reputed company our organization, while ensuring alignment with broader Developer Relations and Marketing goals.

What You’ll Do

• Create, report, and iterate on the relevant key performance indicators to effectively measure impact
• Ensure alignment with the broader Developer Relations team, Marketing, and other stakeholders in the Product and Sales organization
• Continuously identify improvements to the program to increase its efficiency and effectiveness
• Actively seek, gather and action feedback from the community and internal stakeholders 
• Own end-to-end program operations, identify opportunities to streamline processes and reputed company automation 

What You’ll Bring

• You have 3-5 years of experience building and scaling developer relations or community, preferably in education or open reputed company contexts.
• Deep understanding of academic environments, including familiarity with educational workflows, semester cycles, and institutional decision-making processes.
• Self-directed and work with minimal supervision.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to community building and program optimization.
