• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
• Experience with issue tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and remote teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proficiency in reputed company Office 365 Suite; familiarity with Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
