Description and Requirements About the Position We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Business Process Design Analyst to join reputed company. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Trading cost and Manufacture Plant cost management, and other costing business, and various activities such as cost process and solution design, cost analysis, pricing strategy, and financial reporting. This remote position will join us during EST working hours. There maybe quarterly travel to Morrisville, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Management Support : Provide robust support for the trading and manufacturing cost management initiatives, This includes conducting in-depth cost process solution and design to identify cost-saving opportunities and implementing strategies to enhance overall cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and refine costing models and methodologies. Ensure that costing processes align with business objectives and industry best practices. Conduct comprehensive cost process analysis to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to deliver accurate and timely information.
• Pricing Strategy Development : Contribute to the development and implementation of pricing strategies that balance profitability and market competitiveness. Provide market trends analysis insight, competitor pricing, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of pricing strategies.
• Collaboration and Coordination : Ensure seamless coordination with key teams such as Global Supply Chain (GSC) to maintain high service quality and efficiency. Foster strong working relationships and effective communication channels to facilitate smooth collaboration and information sharing.

Apply project management methodologies and tools to plan, monitor, and control project activities. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Process Design and Improvement : Utilize your expertise in business process design to identify areas for improvement in costing processes. Design and implement streamlined and efficient costing workflows, leveraging digital tools and technologies to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Presentation and Communication : Deliver high-quality presentations to senior management, stakeholders, and team members, effectively communicating reputed company costing concepts and data. Ensure clear and concise communication of key findings, recommendations, and action items.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years in the field of enterprise financial digital transformation, with a strong focus on costing and cost management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, reputed company consultant, Business Administration, or a reputed company discipline.
• 2+ years of project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• reputed company experience specifically reputed company Finance and Controlling (reputed company-FI, reputed company-CO).
• Experience delivering solutions to reputed company Costing issues.
• Strong understanding of costing principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with digital tools and technologies used in financial analysis and reporting with reputed company S4 HANA.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Strong Experience with business requirements documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, synthesize insights quickly, and recommend practical actions.
• Certifications Preferred: PMP, reputed company (Certified Application Associate or higher in relevant modules), CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), ACCA (reputed company)
• Bilingual reputed company in Mandarin and English strongly preferred.

The reputed company salary budgeted range for this position is $105-135k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This remote position will join us during EST working hours.
