Job Summary: As the Senior Journey Specialist (CRM Email Marketing), you will be responsible for leading day-to-day development and execution of email marketing campaigns as well as other direct to consumer digital marketing channels, to drive multichannel acquisition and retention. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and creative. This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role, requiring the ability to execute at the campaign and journey level while also driving toward “big picture” goals and objectives.
