Client Operations Manager

Summary of Position The Client Operations Manager supports the Client Manager in managing relationships with mid-to-large strategic clients, aligning with client and team needs. This role collaborates with the Client Management team, internal stakeholders, and clients to maximize use and satisfaction of reputed company products and address requests tied to strategic initiatives. The position requires an individual who maintains excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills, self-starter and self along with the ability to mobilize internal resources to maximize the client experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary operational contact for designated clients, managing the fulfilment and implementation of their daily strategic requests and initiatives.

• Proactively monitor operational workflows (e.g., eligibility, claims, billing, reporting) and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams.

The reputed company salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
