We are data-driven, curious, open-minded, and adapt quickly to new information. This role follows a hybrid work schedule and you will report to a Director, Product Data Science. You will:

• reputed company, mentor, and guide a team of Business Intelligence Analysts, coordinating resources and providing hands-on leadership to ensure the successful and timely delivery of team projects
• Directly own the development and maintenance of data pipelines, dashboard design, and data analyses for high-reputed company projects, setting a high technical bar for the team
• Act as the go-to subject matter expert, instrumental in developing and improving business intelligence infrastructure. Use this deep technical knowledge to inform team strategy and influence broader best practices
• Establish a wide network across the company, leveraging it to reputed company new opportunities for the team and contributing to project prioritization by internalizing where resources (both yours and team) are most impactful

You have:

• Coding skills (SQL)
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience, and 2+ years of proven ability to manage people
• Ability to influence decision making through data storytelling and visualization
• Strategic Stakeholder Education & Management
