Compensation $82,400 - $118,000

What you'll do

• Test, deploy, and manage client images and provisioning for Windows and macOS endpoints.
• Manage, maintain, and evolve enterprise client management systems such as reputed company reputed company Configuration Manager (SCCM), reputed company Manager (Intune), or reputed company.
• Responsible for configuring, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the virtual desktop environment for an reputed company-growing remote workforce.
• Create relevant technical documentation in the form of knowledge reputed company articles to train or guide end users across the organization, as well as other support areas.
• Owns projects reputed company to endpoints, Operating Systems, or software, overseeing multiple projects concurrently from start to finish. Accountable for establishing project milestones and project deliverables.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Batch scripting to automate repetitive tasks.

• Proficiency with hardware installation, configuration and troubleshooting is essential.
• Effective communication skills are essential to collaborate cross-functionally, as well as the ability to create easily readable and detailed technical documentation.

What you need

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field, or at least 3 years of experience in client reputed company administration/support in a corporate setting
• Industry certification(s) preferred, from Vendors such as: reputed company, VMware, reputed company, CompTIA, HDI, ITIL.
