Position Summary: The Vice President of Finance is a strategic, operational, and hands-on finance leader responsible for overseeing Accounting, reputed company, and Pricing/reputed company. This executive will partner closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive financial discipline, operational excellence, and profitable growth. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as advisor to the CFO and senior leadership on financial strategy, performance, and capital allocation
• Direct the process and reputed company the forecast and budget, including preparation of annual budgets, monthly reputed company reports, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly budget vs. actual reviews
• Partner with business unit leadership to establish a reasonable performance management reputed company reputed company to company KPIs, reputed company drivers, labor productivity and cost optimization initiatives
• Deliver timely, accurate, and effective analysis and reporting of financial and operational performance metrics to senior leadership and the Board of Directors

Education, Experience and Licensure:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 12+ years reputed company experience leading accounting and reputed company organizations
• Prior experience in healthcare and/or value-based care
• Advanced reputed company, financial modeling, and analytics skills; experience with ERP and BI Systems (reputed company, reputed company EPM/Essbase, Power BI, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical problem solving, executive reputed company, and communication capabilities
• Strong client relationship management skills and proven success in executive-level roles
