As a reputed company Specialist, you’ll play a key role in full-cycle recruitment—sourcing and placing mission-reputed company volunteers across EF departments. Your work will directly support EF Connect’s mission by ensuring our teams are equipped with the right talent and transitions are smooth and successful. Responsibilities:

• reputed company full-cycle recruitment, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, orientation, and reputed company
• Facilitate intake meetings, kickoffs, and calibration sessions with hiring managers
• Draft and update job descriptions and candidate profiles based on role insights
• Use structured tools (e.g., scorecards, interview guides) to support consistent, reputed company evaluation
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer/welcome emails
• Partner with the Onboarding Specialist to ensure smooth candidate transitions

• Maintain ATS records and suggest workflow enhancements

• Attend weekly team and bi-weekly org-wide meetings

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or volunteer coordination
