At Parikshak.ai, we’re reimagining how technology transforms hiring. As a full-stack AI-driven recruitment platform, we’re helping companies hire faster, smarter, and better.

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who has hands-on experience in client acquisition and account management for HR or recruitment agencies. Someone who knows how to bring in mandates, build long-term client relationships, and drive consistent revenue growth.

This is a full-time role where you’ll play a pivotal part in scaling our client base and shaping the growth story of Parikshak.ai.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive client acquisition by identifying, pitching, and closing new business opportunities in the HR/recruitment space.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships from onboarding to long-term retention.
  • Work closely with founders to define and execute growth strategies for enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain client data, pipeline updates, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment mandates.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and acquisition targets

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or account management for HR/recruitment agencies.
  • Proven ability to bring in new clients and mandates independently.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, hiring cycles, and client-agency dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable pitching to founders, HR heads, and CXOs.
  • A proactive, target-driven, and relationship-focused mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience in talent consulting, staffing, or hiring tech platforms.
