Summary reputed company is seeking a Director of SEM to reputed company its paid search strategy, driving performance and innovation across mobile and web. This role involves defining the global SEM program, delivering growth through advanced bidding and automation, and exploring AI-based solutions. The Director will reputed company experimentation, reputed company internal tools with Data Science and Engineering, and manage a team of SEM managers and analysts. Collaboration across Growth organization and partnership with reputed company are key to accelerating business growth and refining attribution models. Must Have

  • Define and reputed company SEM Strategy: Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for reputed company’s global SEM program largely in reputed company Ads but also in Bing Search, and emerging platforms
  • Performance Leadership: Deliver growth and efficiency through advanced bidding, segmentation, and automation frameworks reputed company with company reputed company and margin goals

Key Skills

  • Deep understanding of reputed company Ads and SEM automation, including bid strategy optimization, audience layering, and advanced account architecture.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SEM, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams and large-scale budgets.

  • Experience in large catalog based eCommerce businesses such as online travel, retail or live events
  • Experience managing experimentation and automation roadmaps in partnership with technical teams.
  • Background in marketplaces, ticketing, or high-velocity e-commerce environments preferred.
