The Sr. Manager, Partner Onboarding, will reputed company the team responsible for implementing new financial institution partners, ensuring a seamless transition from signed agreement to successful launch. This role is pivotal in accelerating deployment timelines, strengthening project management discipline, and enhancing organizational confidence in timely delivery through transparent forecasting, technical readiness, and proactive communication across reputed company levels of the organization. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with a strong operational reputed company. They will partner closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Product, and Technical Support to ensure onboarding efficiency, accurate ARR forecasting, and achievement of launch and delivery metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Execution

Reporting and Forecasting

- Drive strategic initiatives to shorten launch cycles, increase delivery confidence, and standardize onboarding playbooks.
- Define, track, and report on key onboarding KPIs to continuously improve delivery timelines and deployment success.
- Represent the Partner Onboarding function in strategic planning and organizational operations forums, ensuring alignment between execution and business goals.

- 6+ years of experience in partner onboarding, client implementation, or project management — ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- 3+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success in coaching teams to deliver high-impact results under tight timelines.
- Proven success in driving operational efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
