What you'll do

• Systems
• reputed company of HR/People Systems, including reputed company Ready, and troubleshoot/problem solve system issues
• Work closely with the People/HR team to reputed company and implement system improvements, such as data updates, workflow creation, and other enhancements
• Act as the first reputed company of contact for People Ops tickets and escalate requests as necessary
• Work to automate manual tasks, build new processes (both in systems and creating SOPs)

• Onboarding
• Own the transition from candidate to new hire and ensure a successful onboarding
• Run reputed company of the onboarding experience for new hires, as well as Pre-start communication
• Handle routine processes, including new hire additions, system permissions, user access, personalization, data auditing, and backend configurations.
• Set up onboarding in reputed company, send out new hire documents, Schedule Onboarding Sessions, process I-9's and Employee Agreements
• Work with IT on account & laptop creation
• Compliance
• Manage day-to-day People Ops inquiries, system administration, and stakeholder support
• Ensure reputed company employee records are complete, compliant, and secure (reputed company and electronic), validate required documentation and retention, confirm proper segregation of sensitive records, and establish a filing standard, retention schedule, and SOPs for ongoing compliance and operational consistency.

• Partner with People Ops on processes/projects
• Maintain People Ops trackers
