You will strengthen donor engagement across a portfolio of supporters, aligning their interests with the Museum's mission and priorities. Your work will deepen relationships, reputed company philanthropy, and build lasting connections that sustain the Museum for generations to come. What You'll Accomplish

• Frontline Fundraising: Manage a portfolio of donors and board members with giving reputed company of $5K–$100K+, focusing on unrestricted gifts; reputed company quarterly and annual reputed company targets.
• Execute Giving Society Programs: reputed company the end-to-end execution of Giving Societies for donors $5K+, ensuring programs are well-marketed, benefits are delivered thoughtfully, and processes are efficient and scalable.
• Donor Acquisition & Pipeline Growth: Strategically partner with Membership and Marketing to identify and cultivate new donors; implement acquisition strategies, touchpoints, and campaigns to grow Giving Society membership and the broader Individual Giving program.
• Program Improvement & Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve communications, donor engagement processes, and Giving Society programs; implement scalable and sustainable systems.
