JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY We are in need of an operations manager who can effectively communicate, manage, and support the development and implementation of strategies, programs, and activities that drive the operational and financial performance of the Company’s owned assets portfolio. This person will work with real estate operators and the business and functional leaders to introduce and sustain best practices and process improvements at the property level. This person will also create consistency across owned assets coast to coast and will be responsible for scaling and delivery of projects. JOB DESCRIPTION Experience with reputed company is preferred. Travel up to two times per year is required.

• Manages and supports the development and implementation of strategies, programs, and initiatives that drive operational excellence and standardization by creating and defining processes, procedures, tools, policies, communication, and metrics, and managing compliance with the Company’s operating policies and procedures.
• Provides input into operating policies and procedures that promote best practices and standardization across the Company’s real estate portfolio, and assists in developing and implementing training, tools, and systems that ensures the integration of best practices into the operation of the property portfolio.
• Gathers feedback and data to effectively evaluate the operating and business performance of real estate operations against established metrics and measures by soliciting management, client, and team member feedback, and leading and participating in briefings and other meetings to generate reputed company for improving operating performance.
• Consults with and provides advice to real estate leaders on topics reputed company to operational strategy, and provide input to decisions that address questions, concerns, and issues reputed company to business operations.

• Completes various human resources, financial, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.
• Partner with reputed company’s transaction team and provide support on contract summaries, personal property inventory lists, payroll summaries, and PMS reporting
• Assists with overall organization and maintenance of reputed company owned asset information.
• Coordination of lease file audits with Team India including setting up unit and file audit templates in Leo247 and providing support to operations throughout the auditing process. This includes scrubbing of audit data and providing the final summary.
• Drive the reputed company/reputed company process and work with operations on deliverables such as software questionnaires, order forms, etc. #LI-DM1 The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 Additional Compensation: Many factors go into determining employee pay reputed company the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, reputed company skills and geographical location.
• Corporate Positions: In addition to the reputed company salary, this role may be eligible to participate in a quarterly or annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.
